Detailed description of project:
USAID-funded project to develop a web portal geared towards SMEs in Bulgaria that includes:
1) A web-based, user-friendly, frequently updated, searchable and comparable database of financing products, with transparent accounting of rates, fees and other costs and requirements.2) A Knowledge Center of best-practice business templates, links to key business information sources and organizations, and relevant news.3) Access to comprehensive consulting and business startup services (i.e., a pool of experts).

- SME Finance Clearinghouse development and execution.- Developing the project concept, partners with project stakeholders and oversees management of project at high level.- Identifying SME needs and high-value product/service offerings for meeting those needs.Business-support services, consultancy, and financial/business management expertise to SMEs and entrepreneurs.
